About
Audrey Bremner

Audrey Bremner first heard the term mental health in college, but the more she learned about it, the more she realized how mentally unwell she had been since adolescence. She also learned that her story was sadly not unique. She then dedicated the next 10+ years to learning about mental health, depression, and anxiety. She uses that knowledge, her personal experiences, and her interactions with others struggling to teach teenagers how to become mentally strong enough to fight the monsters so many of us fight in our own brains.

What Clients are Saying

"I thought your presentation was very helpful and great for students to see that they aren't alone if they are struggling. I liked how you kept them engaged in your presentation and had things for them to be included."
Alisha Reed
School Counselor
"The material was very pertinent, and the children seemed to grasp the importance of her story. I think she did a great job picking up on the fidgety needs of the children and was smart to engage them in activities. The way she incorporated her family (daughter video) supported the "realness" and I think allowed the kids to identify more with the material."
Middle School Teacher
“We need to get Audrey into my kids' school."
